This app is designed specifically for opticians and eye care centers that offer ZEISS products. Its purpose is to streamline workflows and transform the sales discussion with the patient into a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. VISUCONSULT® is an ongoing collaborative project with opticians, ensuring that useful functions will be regularly added and improved.

The current version of VISUCONSULT® includes several key features:

1. Needs analysis:

   You and your patient can work together to determine their vision requirements and habits. This information can be directly captured in VISUCONSULT, using the integrated QR scanner to load the patient's existing ZEISS Vision Profile. The app also provides an individualized product recommendation feature, allowing you to inform your patients about the products that best suit their needs.

2. Consultation and sale:

   The app utilizes cutting-edge technology to showcase various lenses, coatings, and colors to your patients. This interactive demonstration allows your patients to experience the benefits of different options firsthand before making a purchase.

3. Data capture and transfer:

   With a specially developed keyboard surface for ECPs (Eye Care Professionals), you can easily capture refraction and centration data. All data and decisions from the consultation are then consolidated into a clear and concise summary. Once a patient has made a decision, you can effortlessly transfer the refraction and centration values to the ZEISS VISUSTORE online ordering system with just a simple push of a button.
